China New Chemical Substance Registration Data

Unlike EU REACH and Korea REACH, China new chemical substance management regulations do not mandate data sharing, but Order No. 12 encourages data sharing. This system consolidates announcement records containing test data under Order No. 7 and Order No. 12. Users can search to determine whether the same or similar substances have been notified or registered with existing test data. If relevant registration information is found, users may further assess whether a complete data package is still needed based on the announcement year.
