The ChemCheck products and related services are owned and operated by REACH24H Consulting Group China (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "REACH24H"). To provide you with a pleasant and secure service experience, this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that you must abide by when registering for a ChemCheck account, logging in to, and using ChemCheck products and related services, which shall have the legal effect of a formal written contract. If there are multiple language versions of this Agreement (including Chinese and English versions) with inconsistent contents, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Whereas the terms set forth in this Agreement cannot exhaustively cover all rights and obligations between you and us in a timely and complete manner, there may be separate agreements or product rules for specific service contents (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, ChemCheck Platform Membership Service Subscription Agreement, etc., hereinafter collectively referred to as "Specific Agreements"). The Specific Agreements are supplements and improvements to this Agreement, constitute an integral part of this Agreement, and shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement. In case of any conflict between the Specific Agreements and this Agreement, the provisions of the Specific Agreements shall prevail.
To better deliver services to you, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before using the Service, especially the clauses that exempt or reduce our liabilities, exclude or restrict your rights, and are of material interest to you — in particular clauses marked in bold, underlined or otherwise prominently to draw your attention and please read them with special attention.
Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you will not be able to register for a ChemCheck account or use all products and services of ChemCheck. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, please immediately stop registering for or using ChemCheck products and services. If you click or check "I have read and agree to the User Agreement" or use or accept any product or service of ChemCheck in any other way, it shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to this Agreement and voluntarily agree to be bound by all contents hereof. Please confirm again that you have acknowledged and fully understood all contents of this Service Agreement before deciding to register for or use ChemCheck products and services.
If you do not agree with any content of these terms, please do not click "Register" or use ChemCheck products and services in any way. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or stop using ChemCheck products and services, you may apply for account cancellation at any time and cease to access or use our services, or contact us via the email address or contact number we provide.
This Service is mainly intended for adults with full capacity for civil conduct and legally established enterprises and organizations. If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian and use the Service after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian. If you open or use the Service on behalf of an enterprise or other organization, you warrant that you have obtained full and valid authorization, and such organization shall be bound by this Agreement.
1. Members and Visitors
Upon successful registration with ChemCheck, you will become a "Member" and enjoy the full functions and entitlements corresponding to your membership type. If you choose not to register with ChemCheck, you may also access certain functions as a "Visitor" with restrictions. Whether you are a "Member" or a "Visitor", you shall use the Service in compliance with this Agreement and the Specific Agreements.
To improve user experience and optimize services, we may update or adjust membership services, functions, charging schemes, subscription schemes, upgrade/downgrade schemes and user entitlements, which may involve the removal or adjustment of some launched functions/entitlements. We will make relevant explanations in accordance with the principles of reasonableness and transparency, and notify you no less than seven (7) days in advance via reasonable means such as in-site messages, registered email or website announcements. You have the right to stop using the Service or apply for account cancellation before the adjustment takes effect, and we will negotiate with you on a pro rata refund of membership fees you have paid but not yet used. If you continue to use the Service after the adjustment takes effect upon receipt of the notice and do not explicitly raise an objection, it shall be deemed that you agree to the relevant adjustment. For the avoidance of doubt, price adjustment shall only apply to orders newly generated after the adjustment takes effect or services that have not been paid for; users who have completed payment before the adjustment takes effect shall not be affected by the aforesaid price adjustment for the purchased products and services within the originally agreed service term.
2. Account Security
Your account is the credential for you to log in and use ChemCheck products and services. After registration, you shall properly keep your account and password, correctly use and maintain your registered account, not share such information with others, and take necessary and effective confidentiality measures for the account. You shall be legally responsible for the security of your registered account and all consequences arising from all activities and events conducted through such account, and all behaviors conducted through such account shall be deemed as your true expression of intent. You shall not transfer, sell, rent, lend or share your account to others for use; otherwise, ChemCheck reserves the right to restrict, freeze or cancel your account, suspend or terminate part or all of the services provided to you under this Agreement without notice, and shall not bear any liability therefor. You shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registration information, update the registration information in a timely manner, and shall not register an account or use the Service in the name of others. If your account is misused or your information or property is damaged due to your improper safekeeping, active disclosure, sharing of account password with others, or your exposure to fraud, phishing or other causes, the relevant consequences shall be borne by you, and ChemCheck shall not be liable. At the same time, you have the right to cancel your account at any time. After you cancel your user account, this Agreement shall automatically terminate, we will stop providing products or services for you, and the information, data and paid entitlements in the account cannot be restored. Please operate with caution. If you detect or have reasonable grounds to believe that there is any unauthorized use of your account or any other act threatening the security of your personal account information, you must immediately change your password and notify us, and we will cooperate and handle it in a timely manner. You understand that it takes reasonable time for us to act on your request, and we shall not be liable for any consequences (including but not limited to any of your losses ) that have occurred before the action is taken.
3. User Rights and Restrictions
You may only access and use our services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Specific Agreements. Without authorization, you shall not, by yourself or permit or assist any person to access or use our services in any way, including but not limited to resale, secondary distribution, rental of the Service, etc., nor shall you provide commercial services to third parties based on the data or content of the Service.
When using the services we provide, you shall abide by the requirements of laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, follow the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness and good faith, not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others or seek illegitimate benefits by using the Service, and not disrupt the normal order of the Internet platform, including but not limited to: any false, fraudulent or unauthorized account/registration; engaging in fraud, deception, misleading or deceptive activities by or against the Service; using any plug-in, cheat program, system or third-party tool without our authorization or permission; engaging in any act endangering computer network security by or against the Service; maliciously circumventing the information content security management and risk prevention mechanism of the Service; obtaining or attempting to obtain unauthorized access to any network or account of ours or the privacy information of other users; any other act that interferes with, disrupts or exerts influence on our services or violates applicable laws and regulations.
Without prejudice to our legal or other rights, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your registered account or use of the Service by giving you no less than fourteen (14) days' prior notice. If we find that you have violated or will violate this Agreement, the Specific Agreements and/or any applicable law, we may, at our sole discretion, immediately terminate or suspend your registered account or your access to our services without prior notice. If the Service is terminated due to your reasons, the entitlements in your account shall be terminated at the same time, and you shall not be entitled to any compensation. If the Service is terminated due to our reasons and you still have unused paid entitlements within the service term, we will compensate you in accordance with the principle of fairness.
If you cause a third party to file a complaint or claim for litigation due to your violation of the provisions of this Agreement and the Specific Agreements, you shall handle it by yourself and bear all possible legal liabilities arising therefrom. If REACH24H, its affiliated parties, controlling companies and successor companies compensate any third party or are penalized by state authorities due to your illegal, tortious or breach-of-contract acts, you shall also fully indemnify REACH24H, its affiliated parties, controlling companies and successor companies for all losses suffered thereby.

5. Disclaimer
We are committed to providing safe, stable and continuous services to ensure normal use by users, but the Service is provided only on an "as is" and "current functions" basis. REACH24H does not warrant that this website or any of its contents, services or functions are free from any errors, defects or interruptions, does not warrant that any defects will be corrected in a timely or complete manner, nor does it guarantee that your use of this website will meet your requirements or produce specific results. All information provided on this website is subject to change without notice. REACH24H cannot guarantee that all files or other data you download from this website are virus-free, uninfected or non-destructive. REACH24H makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not provide any form of guarantee for the security, accuracy, effectiveness or other potential risks of such third-party services and their contents. Regarding the accuracy, timeliness, etc. of the information contained on this website, please verify against the official original text, official database, etc. by yourself if confirmation is needed. REACH24H shall not be liable for any consequences caused by users' use of the information on this website. All reports generated by this website are for reference only, and REACH24H shall not be liable for the use of these reports. 6. AI Service Terms
Part of the content provided by this Service is generated by artificial intelligence technology and does not constitute our legal expression of intent. It may contain errors or omissions and is for your reference only. You shall not regard the output content as professional advice. Moreover, due to the characteristics of artificial intelligence models, this Service may generate different content results for the same content uploaded to this Service platform. If you need relevant professional services, you shall consult professionals and make decisions under their guidance. The output of this Service shall not be the basis for your further action or inaction. Any judgment you make based on the output content or any subsequent operation made accordingly shall be borne by you, including risks arising from reliance on the authenticity, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose of the output content, as well as risks arising from using the output content for commercial purposes. You shall understand and lawfully use generative artificial intelligence technology in a scientific and rational manner. Based on the requirements of laws and regulations, content security and service management needs, we have the right to review, filter, restrict or refuse to generate input and output content, and take measures such as warning, traffic restriction, service suspension or termination for suspected non-compliant use. We shall not be liable to you for taking the aforesaid measures based on reasonable judgment. The artificial intelligence model is continuously iterated and upgraded. Model updates may cause changes in output content generated by the same input, and we do not guarantee the stability and consistency of the output content.
You shall be responsible for all inputs submitted to our services and the corresponding outputs. You declare and warrant that all content you input on this platform is content for which you enjoy intellectual property rights or have obtained legal authorization from the right holder, and does not violate applicable laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as copyright, patent right, trademark right, and other rights such as personality right and personal information rights), or violate public order and good morals. Subject to the provisions of laws and this Agreement, you shall enjoy the following rights to the input and output of this Service:
(1) You retain any rights, ownership and interests (if any) you have in the submitted input;
(2) Any rights, ownership and interests (if any) in the output content of this Service shall vest in you.
However, if the input and/or output itself contains content for which we and relevant right holders enjoy intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests, the corresponding rights of the aforesaid input and/or output shall still be enjoyed by us and relevant right holders, and their ownership shall not be changed by being included in the input and/or output. Due to technical limitations, we cannot guarantee that the content of other users is completely inconsistent with your content, and identical output content may occur. In view of this, the rights you enjoy in the output shall not naturally extend to the content of other users. At the same time, to improve your experience of using the Service, you grant us and/or our affiliated parties a free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable and re-licensable right to use your content within the scope permitted by law. The aforesaid right of use includes use for the purpose of providing, maintaining, optimizing and improving the Service (including training, testing and optimization of models and algorithms). Where your personal information is involved, we will handle it in accordance with the Privacy Policy and take necessary measures such as anonymization and de-identification for protection.
The information you input and output shall consciously abide by laws and administrative regulations, abide by public order, respect social morality and ethics, core socialist values, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of others, moral standards and information authenticity — the "seven bottom lines". Otherwise, we have the right to take corresponding measures immediately. You shall not, by yourself or permit or assist any person to use the Service to engage in the following acts:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security and interests, and disclosing state secrets;
(3) Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, damaging national image, inciting separatism, and undermining national unity and social stability;
(4) Damaging national honor and interests;
(5) Propagating terrorism and extremism;
(6) Propagating ethnic hatred and undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Propagating discrimination and hatred, exploiting any vulnerability of a specific group based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics to substantially distort the behavior of persons belonging to such group, causing or likely to cause physical or psychological harm to such person or another person, including but not limited to civil discrimination, religious discrimination, nationality discrimination, gender discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, age discrimination, occupational discrimination, health discrimination, regional discrimination;
(8) Engaging in or assisting illegal or high-risk activities, such as military and war affairs, development of weapons, explosives or hazardous materials, management or operation of critical infrastructure (such as transportation and energy), creation or distribution of controlled substances or services, generation or dissemination of information related to self-harm, and activities with high risk of economic damage including gambling, automatic credit qualification determination, and employment and education decisions;
(9) Undermining the national religious policy and propagating cults and feudal superstition;
(10) Fabricating and spreading rumors and false information to disrupt economic order and social order and undermine social stability;
(11) Distributing, disseminating and propagating violence, obscenity, pornography, explicit material, gambling, homicide, terror or instigating crimes;
(12) Using, harming or attempting to use or harm minors, damaging the physical and mental health of minors, and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors;
(13) Insulting, defaming, offending, abusing, provoking others, bullying or controlling others, and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(14) Making violent threats against others, or conducting doxxing (human flesh search);
(15) Involving others' privacy, personal information or materials;
(16) Distributing obscene language and damaging public order and good morals;
(17) Violating business ethics, infringing upon trade secrets, and infringing upon others' right of privacy, right of reputation, right of honor, right of portrait, intellectual property rights, trade control and other legitimate rights and interests;
(18) Distributing commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information and spam information;
(19) Publishing meaningless information, or deliberately using character combinations to evade technical review;
(20) Containing terrorist, violent and bloody, or high-risk content that endangers the physical and mental health of the performer or others;
(21) Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies and public order and good morals, interferes with the normal operation of the Service or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
To implement the relevant requirements of national standards such as the Measures for the Identification of AI-Generated Synthetic Content and the Cybersecurity Technology — Identification Methods for AI-Generated Synthetic Content, and to prevent confusion and misidentification and reduce the potential impact of inaccurately generated information, we have added explicit and implicit identifiers to AI-generated content on the platform and clearly reminded users that the relevant content is generated by an artificial intelligence model. You shall not delete, tamper with, forge, conceal or attempt to circumvent such generated content identifiers, nor shall you use this Service to produce and disseminate false information, infringing information or engage in any illegal activities. When publishing or disseminating information generated by generative artificial intelligence, you shall mark or prompt it in a prominent manner. Any form of damage to the default generated content identifiers of this Service may result in corresponding legal liabilities for you.
7. Data Compliance and Lawful Use
You undertake to use ChemCheck products and related services only on a legal and compliant basis, and shall not use ChemCheck information for any purpose that violates laws and regulations, regulatory requirements or public interests.
You acknowledge and agree that any data, information or report provided by ChemCheck does not constitute an official opinion, approval conclusion or compliance commitment of the regulatory authority, nor shall it be directly used as the sole basis for external disclosure, external commitment, administrative declaration or business decision.
If any third party brings any claim, dispute, penalty or loss (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) due to your violation of the provisions of this Agreement or relevant service terms, or improper or illegal use of ChemCheck information, you shall bear it by yourself, and you agree to indemnify ChemCheck and hold it harmless; ChemCheck shall not be liable therefor. In response to the aforesaid acts, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to suspending the use license, terminating services, restricting use, revoking accounts, and pursuing legal liabilities according to the nature of the user's acts.
You understand and agree that ChemCheck provides you with a non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive service. You shall not sell any data, information or report obtained when using ChemCheck products and related services, or the service itself, to a third party for profit, nor shall you use it to engage in any act that violates laws and regulations or other regulatory policies.
8. Amendments
We may change part or all of the services at any time, and reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The revised terms and conditions will be published on our website. We will notify the revised content no less than seven (7) days in advance by reasonable means such as publicizing at a prominent position on the website. For changes involving the derogation of your material rights and interests, we will additionally make prominent prompts via in-site messages, registered emails, etc. The revised terms and conditions shall take effect on the date of expiration of the public notice/notification period. If you have objections to the updated agreement terms, you have the right to stop logging in or using the Service. If you continue to access or use our services, it shall be deemed that you confirm your agreement to the revised terms and conditions and are bound thereby.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Except as otherwise provided in Article 6 of this Agreement, ChemCheck products and services and all contents contained and provided thereby (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, pictures, images, audio, video, charts, layout design, electronic documents, etc.) belong to the intellectual property of REACH24H, or have obtained legal authorization from the right holders in accordance with the law, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or ownership laws. You shall not delete, conceal or alter any patent, copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice displayed on or contained in this website in any way.
"ChemCheck" and related graphics are registered trademarks of REACH24H. Without the permission of REACH24H, no person may use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, company logos, URLs or other prominent brand features (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Marks") including "ChemCheck" without authorization; display or use the aforesaid Marks alone or in combination in any way, apply for trademark registration or domain name registration; or act to expressly or imply to others that they have the right to display, use or otherwise handle such Marks. No person may obtain data, information and materials from this website without authorization, interfere with the normal operation of the website in any way, or automatically obtain data from this website by software programs (including but not limited to crawlers, robots, scheduled tasks, etc.) without authorization. Otherwise, REACH24H has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to you, refuse your access, and pursue your legal liabilities in accordance with the law, requiring you to compensate for all losses caused to us and relevant right holders.
Unless explicitly provided in this Agreement, without the explicit prior written consent of REACH24H, you shall not steal, copy, reproduce, edit, adapt, compile, republish, upload, post, publicly display, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, encode, translate, batch crawl, etc. any part or any content of this website in any form; nor shall you transmit or distribute it (including but not limited to "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website or other media for publication or distribution or any media of commercial enterprises; nor shall you develop or provide any applications, products or services that may compete with us and/or our affiliated companies.
In case of any act violating the aforesaid provisions, REACH24H has the right to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating services, pursuing liability for breach of contract and pursuing corresponding legal liabilities in accordance with the law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise explicitly provided by laws and regulations, for any losses you suffer — including but not limited to profit losses, damage to business reputation, data loss or other tangible or intangible losses — we shall not bear any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive compensation liability. The total direct liability we bear to you, for whatever cause or manner, shall in no event exceed the total amount of fees you actually paid to us for the relevant services within twelve (12) months before the occurrence of the damage (if any). For services or functions we provide to you free of charge, we shall not bear any liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Under no circumstances shall this Service be liable for inability to access, service interruption, leakage, delay, stagnation or error of information and data, or inability or delay in providing services caused by network connection failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, disturbances, fires, floods, storms, explosions, force majeure, wars, government acts, orders of international and domestic courts, hacker attacks, Internet viruses, technical adjustments of network operators, temporary government control or any other causes that cannot be reasonably controlled.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises from the signing, performance or interpretation of this Agreement, both parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the court with jurisdiction over the domicile of REACH24H Consulting Group China. We reserve the right to institute legal proceedings against you for your violation of this Agreement in the country/region where you reside or any other relevant country/region.
12. Miscellaneous
Notices we send to you may be delivered by one or more means such as in-site messages, system messages, pop-up prompts, the email address or mobile phone number provided by you at the time of registration, or announcements at a prominent position on this website. The aforesaid notices shall be deemed to be served on the date of successful delivery (or on the date of announcement if delivered by public announcement). You shall ensure that the registration information is true, valid and updated in a timely manner. If you fail to receive the notice due to inaccurate contact information provided by you, failure to update in time or failure to check in time, the relevant adverse consequences shall be borne by you.
We have the right to transfer all or part of the rights and obligations under this Agreement to our affiliated parties or successor entities in case of business adjustment, merger, division, reorganization or asset transfer, etc., and we only need to inform you in accordance with the notification method agreed in this Agreement without obtaining your separate consent. Without our prior written consent, you shall not transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement.
You understand and agree that we have the right to determine the setting and scope of services/functions, and modify, interrupt, suspend or terminate the Service according to specific circumstances for the needs of overall service operation and platform operation security.
If any clause of this Agreement is deemed to be void, invalid or unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other clauses of this Agreement.
