List of Chemical substances Exempted from K-REACH Registration

The List of Chemical substances Exempted from K-REACH Registration was issued on 28 December 2018 and took effect on 1 January 2019. It was formulated in accordance with   Item 2 of Article 11 Paragraph 1 under K-REACH, specifying substances that are exempted from K-REACH registration or notification, including:
1) Chemical substances such as substances existing in nature 
2) Chemical substances such as glucose and starch

Substances in the List are not subject to compliance obligations under K-REACH, and do no need to conduct compliance activities such as registration, pre-registration, or notification.
