List of Hazardous Substances Annexed to EPM (HS) Regulation

The Schedule to the Envrionment Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) Regulations lists the controlled hazardous substances under the Environment Protection and Management Act, excluding ozone depleting substances. These regulations detail the management requirements for the transport of hazardous substances.
This list  sets transportation quantity limits for listed hazardous substances.

Under the Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA), any person intended to transport hazardous substances exceeding the transport quantity limits specified in the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) Regulations must obtain HS Transport Approval issued by the NEA. (Prerequisite: The enterprise must hold a valid HS Licence.)
