Indonesia's List of Hazardous and Toxic Substances Permissible for Use is set out in Annex I to Indonesia Government Regulation No. 74 of 2001 on Hazardous and Toxic Material (B3) management, and contains 209 permissible B3 substances.
Compliance Obligations
The listed substances require B3 registration before first production/import. Producers are required to furnish SDS.
For unlisted substances, if they are considered new substances, then B3 notification is required for first import.
For non-listed hazardous/toxic substance (B3), notification is required prior to the first import.
