Endocrine disruptor (ED) assessment list

The ECHA Endocrine Disruptor Assessment List is an informal assessment list maintained by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). This list includes substances that are being evaluated for endocrine disrupting properties by member states or ECHA experts and substances that have already been evaluated. This assessment stage aims to conduct a preliminary screening of the substances and collect scientific evidence, serving as a warning tool before the formal EU regulatory process.

Listed substances indicates that an informal hazard assessment regarding endocrine disruption is ongoing or has been completed. If a substance is considered to have endocrine disrupting properties, formal risk management measures and decision-making procedures under REACH, PPP, or BPR regulations must be confirmed before any regulatory action is taken based on these properties.
