Columbia National Inventory of Industrial Chemicals

The Colombia's National Inventory of Chemical Substances for Industrial Use is established and published in accordance with Decree 1630 of 2021, which establishes a comprehensive management framework for industrial chemicals, including their risk management. This inventory currently covers 4,473 substances.

For listed substances, businesses should comply with GHS Classification and Labeling. If a substance is prioritized, it is required to develop and implement a Risk Assessment Program.

Unlisted substances shall be considered "new substances" and shall be notified prior to commercialization, importation or manufacture when exceeding 100 kg/yr
