《耐克限用物质清单》是耐克发布的受限物质清单,旨在保护人类健康和环境。该清单会定期更新,以帮助供应商了解新的全球法规要求以及耐克的自愿性化学品限制。耐克限用物质清单部分基于 “服装与鞋类国际RSL管理”(Apparel and Footwear International RSL Management,AFIRM) 的行业通用 RSL,同时也包含耐克特有的限制和额外的化学品限值。
合规义务
物质被列入《耐克限用物质清单》后,供应商必须按照耐克要求,遵守清单中规定的政策和测试限值。新限用物质清单生效后,供应商有90天的时间来遵守新规定,在此期间,如果出现测试不合格,但符合旧版 RSL 标准的情况,耐克可能会授予一次性豁免,但供应商必须立即采取纠正措施。供应商不得在获得 RSL PASS 后更改生产流程或使用的化学,任何更改都需要重新测试以确认符合限用物质清单要求。
