欧盟REACH SVHC清单
《高关注物质（Substances of Very High Concern ，简称SVHC）清单》是欧盟REACH法规下包含具有一定危险特性并引起人类高度关注的化学物质的清单。根据欧盟REACH法规第57条，SVHC共有以下几种：
致癌、致突变或具有生殖毒性的1A或1B物质，即CMR 1A类或1B类物质；
持久性、生物累积性和毒性的物质，即PBT物质；
高持久性、高生物累积性的物质，即vPvB物质；
与CMR或PBT/vPvB物质引起同等关注水平的物质，如内分泌干扰物质。
由于REACH法规将SVHC定为授权物质（REACH附件XIV）的候选物质，因此，SVHC清单也被称为候选清单（Candidate list）。一般情况下，SVHC清单每年更新2次（通常为每年6月和12月)。
欧洲化学品管理局（European Chemicals Agency，ECHA）负责维护SVHC清单，并根据科学证据和评估结果向欧盟委员会提出候选物质的建议。一旦一种化学物质被列入SVHC清单，它可能会被列为授权候选物质，最终导致在欧盟市场上的限制或禁止使用。
